This project will meet the expectations for Objective 2, 4 and 5 For this Lab I use 6 LED lights, a breadboard, jump wires, 220ohm resistor, Arduino UNO. The Larson Scanner lab consist of making sure the LED light turn on and turn off consequently. The first LED light in port 0 will turn on and it will go up to Port 5, then the light emission will go back in the same order in when in from 0 to 5, then from 5 to 0. On the Arduino program I did the code as follow, then I uploaded into the Arduino Uno to make sure everything works. For this lab I use on TinkerCAD a 150-ohm resistor as show in the calculation I obtained. Knowing that the Arduino Uno has a source 5V, and the LED light has a drop on voltage of 1.7 to 2.0, which in this case I use 2.0 as shown in Figure 3, and the LED has a value of 2.0mA or 0.02 A. Therefore, the value of the resistance was 150ohm which is what I sue for the simulation on TinkerCAD. When I use the Actual and real Arduino Uno, I use a 220-ohm resistor because I did not have a 150-ohm. The result was the same but knowing the capacity of the resistor the LED light was a little dimmer, but I could not see the difference in a human eye.

7 Segment Display on ArduinoThis project will meet the expectations for Objectives 2, 4 and 5 This project makes use of a seven display segment with Arduino UNO chip, a 4X DIP Switch that allow us to display numbers ranging from 0 to 9 (And the letter E). Each number from the switch correspond to an specific number. Each number has its own combination. Some number only need to have one switch pulled up, and other required 2 or 3. Karnaugh Map or the truth table we will know the exact combination for each of the 10 numbers that the display will show. Simple SimonThis project will meet the expectations for Objective 4 and 5 Simple Simon is a common game. This game is basically a memory game I which you have to remember the exact order in which he color appear, the after the color is shown your will have to click or push the button to guess the order of the color. How does the program work, well is simple? The game is going to show a color, and your need to remember, so when is you turn to guess, you will click the right color. After you guess the color if you guessed right the program will show you the same sequence plus a new color to remember, but if you lose all the colors will blink at the same time, then they well turn off one by one |
