My name is Daniel Diaz and I was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia. I moved to the U.S. in 2013 with the dream of being a professional soccer player, but life didn't want me to do that. I attended Bucks Community College in PA and earned an Associates Degree in Applied Engineering of Technology. Soon after, I received a Specialization from Penn State University on Nano-Manufacturing Technology. One month after graduating from Penn State University, I landed a job in Wilton, CT. working at ASML as a Mfg. Optical Coating Technician. After that, I received a job offer from INTEL and moved to Chandler, AZ where I currently work. My first job at Intel was as a Manufacturing Technician in the Reticle Room. Now, I work in IMR (Internal Module Repair) department as a Robotic manufacturing Engineer.
I'm also attending the University of Advancing Technology in Tempe, AZ pursuing a Bachelors's Degree in Robotics and Embedded Systems. I have been working and attending school since I moved to the states working two jobs at times which included an internship creating 3D printing and design. EDUCATION
